What we do

Investment Management

Rock House provides investment advisory services through Rock House Investment Advisors, LLC. It is the manager of Hidalgo Investments, LP - a Delaware series limited partnership focused on making energy transition related infrastructure investments in North America. Hidalgo’s strategy includes investing in cooperation with industry/strategic partners that bring unique operating insights with regard to each specific asset and business. The Hidalgo team targets investments that offer attractive base-line yields without relying on overly optimistic exit assumptions and offer the opportunity for meaningful upside based on identified market trends.

Capital

Rock House provides our clients with independent and objective advice across the spectrum of financial markets. We work with our clients to determine the best type and source of capital for their specific circumstances and then help source, negotiate, and execute on the placement of the appropriate securities through our broker-dealer RHCA Securities, LLC.

  • Private Equity
  • Subordinated & Mezzanine Debt
  • Senior Debt
  • Alternative Capital for Public Companies

Mergers & Acquisitions

Our M&A advisory services include assisting in sell-side, buy-side, and joint venture/partnering transactions. We work with our clients to establish appropriate objectives for the process, identify key valuation metrics and assist in the negotiation and closing of the transaction. When creativity is needed, our decades of experience negotiating bespoke structures and complex joint venture agreements can be the difference between a deal closing and being lost.

Restructuring

Rock House applies our capital markets expertise to assist clients and their counsel in the execution of successful restructuring plans. We are experienced in negotiating with existing stakeholders, establishing appropriate capital structure objectives, advising on any indicated divestitures, determining new capital needs, and then managing bidding procedures to establish a stalking horse, evaluate proposals and ultimately defend those proposals through expert testimony if required.
